Our goal was to raise money with a jelly bean guessing jar. We put jelly beans in a jar and had students pay 2$ for 1 ticket and 5$ for 3 and they would guess the number of jelly beans in the jar. If they got it right then they would get the whole jar of jelly beans. We sent the money we raised to charities that helped with the environment and indigenous issues. We raised $678 we donated to a charity called nature united and which are indigenous peoples who help with the environment and other indigenous people's issues. And with this jelly bean contest, we had a clothing drive that went along with it. After we finished the contest we raised 679 dollars and kept most of the money to create more fundraisers.
